Tatyana Pishnyak

My name is Tatyana Pishnyak. I am from Ukraine. I am an attorney and shareholder at Mansour Gavin, a downtown Cleveland law firm. I practice corporate and business law.

I came to the United States 19 years ago. I joined my husband who came to the United States to work on his Ph.D. Since then, I graduated from law school and got a license to practice law in Ohio.

I have lived in the Cleveland area since I came to the Unites States. Cleveland is a great place, and I really like it. Lake Erie and Cuyahoga Valley National Park are just gorgeous. The weather and climate are very similar to what we have in Ukraine.

Cleveland has a big Ukrainian community, with Ukrainian churches, museums, schools, and shops. I love Cleveland Museum of Art, which I personally find one of the best in the Unites States, and Cleveland Orchestra which is a top world’s orchestra. 

Geographically, Cleveland has a great location as it is located within driving distance to other big cities, such as Chicago, Washington, D.C. and Toronto. Cleveland is a multi-cultural city, with a strong sense of community. I call Cleveland home.
