Hi, I’m Marcia Moreno, president of AmMore Consulting. At AmMore, we’re passionate about helping companies create inclusive environments where Latino talent can thrive. We provide the strategies and systems necessary to make organizations truly Latino-Ready, fostering a workplace where Latino professionals can succeed and grow.

I came to Cleveland in 2005 to pursue a Master’s Degree in Communications at Cleveland State University.

What I love about Cleveland is how it truly opened its doors to me, offering once-in-a-lifetime opportunities that have shaped my life in meaningful ways. From the chance to pursue my master’s degree to meeting my husband and building a beautiful family, including our wonderful son, Cleveland has been the backdrop to so many of my greatest milestones. It’s also where I was able to create my business, one that perfectly aligns with my values and purpose. Cleveland has given me a sense of belonging and the opportunity to thrive both personally and professionally.
