Cing Lam Uap

My name is Cing Lam Uap and I am a paralegal at the Hope Center.

I came to America in 2011 because my parents wanted us to have a better life, better education, and everything else. 

I’m from Myanmar, but we flew to Malaysia first as refugees and then came to America.

I love Cleveland because we can get around easily. We can bike with friends and family and get to parks easily. I also like Lake Erie. I like to swim there with my family and friends while we barbeque.
