Anne Harrill

My name is Anne Harrill, and I am the owner of Océanne Jewelry Studio + Boutique, a Cleveland-based handmade jewelry and apparel brand.

I moved here in 2001, after spending a few summers in Cleveland. I originally came to experience a new culture, and wanted to become bilingual as I was an English Major back in France. I met my husband Doc, and moved here after getting married.

I love the people and the cultural diversity that serve as the foundation of our community! I also love how accessible arts and culture is with The Cleveland Art Museum, Playhouse Square, etc.
